📘 1. Introduction

Welcome to DOMAIN REGISTRATION INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (“Domain India”). By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these legally binding Terms & Conditions.

🛠️ 2. Service Overview

• 🌐 Domain Services: Registration & renewal of .IN, .COM, and 600+ global TLDs
• 🖥️ Web Hosting: Shared, Business & VPS (Linux/Windows options)
• 🔐 Security: SSL certificates & full DNS management tools
• 💻 Web Development: Custom site design, SEO-optimized content & email setup
• 📣 Marketing Integration: Branding, Google Ads, Facebook Pixel & analytics

👤 3. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use our services. During registration, you agree to submit accurate, updated, and truthful information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

💳 4. Payment & Billing

• 🧾 Advance payment is mandatory for all services
• 🔄 Pricing is subject to change with prior notice
• ⚠️ Non-payment may result in service suspension or loss
• 🚫 Expired domains risk permanent deletion and non-recovery

💸 5. Refund Policy

• ✅ Shared Hosting: Refund available within 30 days of purchase
• ❌ VPS, SSL, Domains: Non-refundable after provisioning or registration
• 💡 Refunds (if any) are issued to the original payment method only

🚫 6. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

The following activities are strictly prohibited across all our services:

• 🔞 Malware, viruses, phishing, illegal or abusive content
• 📧 Spamming, bulk unsolicited emails, or deceptive advertising
• ⚖️ Violating copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights

🔐 Violation of these policies may result in account suspension without notice or refund.

⏱️ 7. Uptime & Support

• 📶 Uptime: We maintain a target of 99.9% server uptime
• 🛠️ Support Channels: Available via ticketing system, email, and live chat (as applicable)
• 📦 VPS Plans: Semi-managed unless full management is explicitly purchased

⚖️ 8. Limitation of Liability

DOMAIN INDIA shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid by you over the last 12 months preceding any claim.

🌍 9. Domain Policy Compliance

• ✅ Comply with ICANN regulations for gTLDs
• ✅ Follow NIXI rules for .IN domains
• 📜 Adhere to registry-specific dispute resolution policies

🔒 10. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for reasons including:

• 🚫 Violation of Terms or AUP
• ⚖️ Legal obligations, abuse reports, or fraudulent activity
• ❌ Non-payment or chargeback attempts

Note: No refunds are applicable in case of termination for breach.

📜 11. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. By continuing to use our services, you accept the revised terms as binding.

⚖️ 12. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Arbitration may be initiated under the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act for contractual matters. Jurisdiction lies with courts in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu.

🔐 13. Data Protection

We strictly follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP). Your personal data is:

• 🔒 Never sold or rented
• 🛡️ Used only for service delivery, support, and legal compliance
• 📁 Stored securely with restricted access

🔁 14. Auto-Renewal Disclaimer

We do not perform auto-renewals by default. Clients must manually renew domains and services via the client area. Expired services are subject to deletion or loss.

🧾 15. Reseller Responsibility

If you are a reseller:

• 🤝 You are fully responsible for the actions of your downstream clients
• 🔐 Misuse or abuse by your end users can result in reseller account suspension
• 📢 It is your duty to ensure AUP compliance across all sub-users

🌪️ 16. Force Majeure

DOMAIN INDIA is not liable for service delays, interruptions, or failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including:

• ⛈️ Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms)
• ⚡ Power outages, ISP failures, cyberattacks
• ⚖️ Regulatory changes or government actions
• 🚨 War, civil unrest, pandemics, or labor strikes
